Log your BCBA fieldwork, see whether the month survives both the 2022 and the 2027 BACB rules, and get your supervisor to sign it before the deadline that would otherwise erase it.
$8 a month, billed annually · supervisors free forever · no card to start
Needs 15 min more observed time or the month is lost entirely.
The part most trackers miss
The BACB judges your hours by the rules in force when you file your application — not when you worked them. Hours you accrue today can be measured against the 2027 rules. So every month is scored against both, and any disagreement is shown rather than hidden behind a toggle.

If you apply on or after 1 Jan 2027
What it does
Most trackers add up what you worked. The BACB counts something else: a month that misses a requirement is reduced by a published adjustment table, and three failures void it outright.
What you worked, and what the board will actually count after proration. The second one is the big number on screen, because it is the one that matters.
Not “supervision 4.2%”. Instead: log 1 hr 10 min more supervision before the 30th, or this month will not count. Every check states its own remedy and its own deadline.
On the 3rd of the month you have six hours logged and no supervision. That is not a failure. A check only fails once it is genuinely unrecoverable.
The hard part of fieldwork
Every documented fieldwork disaster is a missing signature, not a missing hour. The monthly form has to be signed by the last day of the following month, and after that the BACB counts nothing from that month — the whole thing, gone, because a busy BCBA did not get to a PDF.
They tap the link in the email, read the month, type their name, and they are done. No signup, no password, no app to install.
Not “it’s Friday”. Instead: 128 hours will be lost on October 31st. Email first, then a text as the deadline closes in.
Once your supervisor signs, the month freezes and the exact set of entries is fingerprinted. A signature over records you could still edit afterwards would not prove anything.
Straight answers
It belongs to you, not your employer. Change clinics and it comes with you. Stop paying and you keep read-only access and export, free, forever — we will not hold a licensure record hostage.
Clients are codes you choose. There is no field anywhere to type a patient name, date of birth or address, so none of it is ever on our servers.
You are the customer, so we do not need to sell anything about you to anyone. A professional record is not an advertising slot.
On your phone and your iPad
Fieldwork happens in homes, schools, cars and basements. Every other tracker in this category is a website, which means the moment you have no bars you are back to a note on your phone that you will retype later, or not at all.
An entry is written to the device first and sends itself when you are back. The app tells you exactly what has not gone yet rather than pretending.
Or from the emailed link, with no account at all. On iPad the caseload sits beside the month, so six trainees are one sitting rather than six emails.
Every rule is applied on the server, so the phone, the iPad and the website can never disagree about whether a month counts.

iPhone, iPad and Android are built and in testing — not on the App Store or Google Play yet. The web app works in any browser today, including the phone in your pocket.
Free to start, and you will know within one month whether it earns the $8.
