Four steps, two people, one signature a month. Here is the whole of it, on every screen it runs on.
Step one · the trainee
Date, time, activity, and whether it was supervised — the fields the BACB actually asks about. Attach the session note or the countersigned sheet to the same entry, and write up a supervision contact while you still remember it. On the phone it works with no signal and sends when you are back in range.

Step two · the scoring
Logged hours are not eligible hours. Every month is scored against the 2022 rules and the 2027 rules at the same time, because the BACB judges your hours by whichever is in force when you file — not when you worked them. Where the two disagree, you are told, along with what would fix it and by when.
Monthly minimum and maximum, observation, supervision percentage, contacts — each with the figure it was judged on.
“Needs 15 min more observed time” is a thing you can still do something about. “Non-compliant” is not.
A month has to be signed by the last day of the month after. The app counts down to that date and chases both of you.
Step three · the supervisor
Your supervisor does not need an account, an app, or a password. They get a link, they read what they are attesting to, they confirm their own credential and BACB number, and they type their name. If they supervise several people, signing in collects the whole caseload in one list instead of six emails.

Step four · the record
Signing locks the month and stores a fingerprint of the exact entries that were attested to, so the record can be shown unchanged years later. Both of you get a copy by email, because the BACB expects both parties to keep one for seven years. A correction after that point has to be filed as an amendment, which is what the BACB means when it says alterations must be initialled by all parties.
