Questions about the money

What happens if I stop paying?

You keep read-only access and full export, free, forever. Only new logging stops. Both you and your supervisor are expected to retain these records for seven years, and holding a licensure record hostage over a lapsed subscription would be indefensible.

Can my employer pay?

Yes, and many do — ask. We will produce a receipt you can submit, or invoice the clinic directly on the Clinic plan.

Why annual rather than monthly?

Because fieldwork is not a monthly commitment. It takes most people 18 to 30 months, the record has to survive all of it, and annual billing is what lets the price stay at $8 rather than $12.

Is there a free tier?

No, and we would rather say so plainly than build a version designed to be frustrating. You can start and see your first month scored before you decide whether it earns the $96.

What about BCaBA, or RBT supervision?

BCaBA fieldwork is supported on the same plan. Documented monthly supervision for RBTs is not built yet — it is the next thing we intend to add, and it will not cost more.
